Laura is an associate in the firm's Litigation, Transportation, and Bankruptcy Departments. She is admitted in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Laura maintains a general civil litigation practice with an emphasis on commercial disputes. Her transportation practice includes transactional, regulatory, and litigation work on behalf of carriers, brokers, shippers, and other companies in the supply chain. Her bankruptcy practice includes representing creditors, lenders, landlords, and stalking-horse bidders in the bankruptcy courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Laura was associated with Hinckley, Allen & Snyder, where she represented individuals and businesses, including construction companies, utilities, insurers, and hospitals.
Laura clerked for the Honorable Judge Silverstein on the Business Calendar of the Rhode Island Superior Court. While a law clerk, she assisted with receiverships, general business litigation, and the Lead Paint Litigation.
