We are pleased to announce that Michael Andresino, Partner, with Posternak Blankstein & Lund LLP, has been selected as a key speaker for the upcoming “21st Annual NASPP Conference,” to be held in Washington, DC, from September 23-26.
Mike will lead the session “An ‘Inside the Beltway’ Look at the Future of Equity Compensation”. With more than 25 years of experience representing public companies, Mike specializes in compliance issues, including corporate disclosure, corporate governance, insider trading and reporting, stock plan design and implementation, and executive compensation. Mike is a charter member of the NASPP, and has served as legal counsel or advisor to many leaders in the executive compensation field, including major brokerage firms, software companies and consultants.
